Piotr Bobrowski, Application Support Engineer
Piotr is an experienced Senior MES Consultant with a demonstrated history of working in IT (WMS and MES systems). He is skilled in SQL (T-SQL), Delmia APRISO and WAERlinx. Strong information technology professional with a Master’s degree in Computer Science and Econometrics from the University of Economics in Cracow.
Tell us about your role at LYNQ, Piotr
How long have you worked at LYNQ? Over 1 year.
What do you enjoy about your role? I love that I am learning a lot about automation, cloud computing, and DevOps. Every day is a new challenge.
It is very exciting for me and my days at work are flying by because I am never bored.
What is your favourite project that you have worked on? I enjoy working with MES and cloud technology. I have learned a lot and continue to learn from these ongoing projects. Exploring new and evolving technology is exciting. I love seeking opportunities for optimising and automating DevOps processes, and all these projects allow me to do that.

- What is your phone screensaver? A photo of my wife’s painting representing me with my son on the holiday in Sicily.
- One thing you’d take to a desert island? Kitesurfing gear!
- I bet my teammates would be surprised to know that…I had a few dreadlocks when I was a teenager!
- What was the first gig/live music event you went to? I believe it was the Polish reggae band Natural Dread Killaz (this is why I had dreadlocks while being a teenager) but the most memorable gig in my life was The XX at the O2 Brixton Academy.
- Favourite computer game? I don’t play computer games anymore, but my favourite game when I was a teenager was Heroes Might and Magic 3.
