MES Solutions Consultant
Reporting to the Solutions Manager, we are looking for a candidate with experience working in a similar software implementation role or have a manufacturing background with a desire to move into a technology focused career. The ideal candidate is one that has a passion for great customer service and a desire to learn new skills.

Due to continued success, we are seeking a Solutions Consultant with the skills and ability to deliver implementation services at the highest standards. The ideal candidate will have experience working in a similar software implementation role or have a manufacturing background with a desire to move into a technology focused career. You will be keen to learn and progress and be willing to study for industry recognised qualifications.
Reporting to the Solutions Manager at our Headquarters in the UK, you will join our consulting team responsible for the end-to-end delivery of LYNQ projects.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Deliver solutions exploiting the company’s product portfolio.
- Provide recommendations to customers on how to align business practices to standard software functionality.
- Play a key role in ensuring the project meets the needs and is feasible to implement, based upon the capabilities and limitations of the product, in the agreed timescale and budget.
- Act as the liaison between the company and customers based on assigned projects.
- Provide delivery and management of the project implementation including intervention where timeline milestones are being delayed or missed.
With a remote project delivery model, travel to the customers site is not typically required. However, you may be requested to travel nationally/internationally to customer sites and company events, on occasion.

The ideal candidate will have:
- Experience of implementing software within a manufacturing environment (Desirable)
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes, methodologies and techniques aimed at improving productivity, increasing customer satisfaction and reducing operational costs. (Desirable)
- Understanding of manufacturing data such as work centres, BOMs, routings (Desirable)
- Project Management experience
- Effective communication skills both verbal and written
- Passion for great customer service and a positive can-do attitude
- Desire to learn new skills
