Application Support Engineer

Reporting to the Customer Support Manager, we are looking for an Application Support Engineer with a background in a Product/Application Support or Product Testing role. The successful candidate will have problem-solving skills with desirable experience with Azure DevOps, Microsft Power Platform, and/or Microsoft SQL.

With the upcoming release of our new innovative Cloud-based SaaS Platform, there is an opportunity to join the company as an Application Support Engineer. This position is best suited to candidates that have previous experience in product and/or platform support.

As an Application Support Engineer, you will become a key member of our talented operations team at our headquarters in the UK. By utilising your problem-solving skills, you will provide support to our end users and participate in our DevOps process, ensuring new features are tested and deployed to our SaaS Platform and customer base continuously.

  • Background in a Product/Application Support Role or Product Testing Role
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
